Greg Yurkovic – Broker/Owner, Platinum Realty Group I grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and earned my B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Business Communications from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh. My early career was in architecture and design, where I learned how to bring vision into reality. But when the 2008 housing collapse wiped out design and construction, I pivoted into real estate—a decision that changed everything. Starting as a solo agent, I quickly rose into the top 7% of all single agents in Arizona. No team, no shortcuts—just relentless effort, problem-solving, and a commitment to putting clients first. Along the way, I realized I was building someone else’s brand and fueling their success while I hated the logo, the culture, and the fact that agents came last. That frustration lit the fire for something better. That “better way” became Platinum Realty Group—a brokerage built on the belief that agents should come first, clients deserve cutting-edge solutions, and growth should never be capped. What started as a vision is now a market-dominating force in Arizona, leading not just in residential sales, but also property management and commercial real estate. Coaching has always been in my DNA. As a hockey coach, I’ve learned how to spot people’s strengths and push them to play bigger, faster, and smarter. Real estate is no different. My mission is to help agents unlock their potential, win in today’s market, and dominate their careers just like a championship team.
